KIDS 'N' PETS PRIZE PACK GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor: Cosmos Corporation
2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible.
3. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on October 5, 2026 and ends on October 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST.
4. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, eligible individuals may enter by clicking the "YES, ADD ME" link in the qualifying email and confirming interest in Kids'N'Pets.com. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. No purchase or payment is required to enter.
5. Winner Selection: Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, using a random number generator. The drawing will take place on or about October 16, 2026.
6. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Prize: Each of two (2) winners will receive one (1) Kids 'N' Pets Prize Pack. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $200. Actual value may vary at time of award. No cash alternative will be offered, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
8. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified via the email address used to enter within 3 days of the drawing. Winner must respond within 5 days of notification or may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal) as a condition of receiving the prize.
9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the promotion. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the giveaway.
