TropiClean Pet Professionals Portal System Outage Planned for August 17-21

The TropiClean brand website at tropiclean.com will soon have a fresh new look.

To facilitate the cutover to our redesigned website experience, the TropiClean Pet Professionals portal accessible at tropiclean.com/pet-professionals will be unavailable from Wednesday, August 17 through Sunday, August 21.

During the system outage, you will be unable to log in to your TropiClean Pet Professionals portal account nor submit product orders. If you need to submit a product order during the outage, please call 800-542-7387 (choose Option 1), or email sales@cosmoscorp.com. Else, you may wait until the portal is back online to submit your order.

Starting Monday, August 22, we invite you to check out the new and improved tropiclean.com. There you will find enhanced product content across our TropiClean family of brands. On the redesigned website, you will still find a convenient link in the top right corner for Pet Professionals. When you click that link, you will be redirected to petpro.tropiclean.com where you will use the same login credentials you use today to access your TropiClean Pet Professionals portal account. Your portal user experience will be familiar to how you place orders today.
